Our eating habits have a big impact on our skin. We can say that what we eat is directly proportional to the freshness of our skin. A good diet helps us stay away from many skin diseases and also prevents us from wrinkles. The most important factor is the balanced diet. By taking a good intake we can prevent our skin from premature wrinkling and skin diseases like eczema or dermatitis etc but for our good skin, we should know what is good for our skin. There are some foods that are good for our skin:
Fruits and vegetables:
Fruits and vegetables are very good for our skin because they are full of antioxidants. These antioxidants prevent our skin cells from damaging and preventing premature wrinkling. Try not to overcook them because overheating damages most of the antioxidants.
Essential fatty acids:
The most important Essential fatty acids are Omegas 3, 6 & 9 groups. Fatty acids are very important for our skin. These acids should be taken orally because our bodies can’t produce themselves. The mixture of egg white and honey removes darkness from your skin.
Instead of using cleanser try using cucumber as it’s the best agent when mixed with lemon juice.
Forgiving your face a fresh look cut the lemon and rubs it all over the face. Leave it for 20 minutes. If your skin is dry, try avoiding it.
Use Face Wash at least two times a day.
For moisturizing a dry skin mix lemon, honey and vegetable oil and apply it on your skin for 10 minutes.
For glowing skin apply the mixture of honey and milk on the face.
For soft and smooth skin add a half cup of honey in your bathtub. For a soothing body mask, prepare a paste of mint almonds and leaves. Mix it with warm water and apply all over your body. Leave it till it dries and rinses with warm water.
